All money in and out, in one workflow
Purchases, contracts with companies, taxes and payroll go through the same order, with the right counterparty, installments, bookkeeping entries and cash flow ready for the accountant.
Book a demoSound familiar?
In most clinics and labs, finance runs on spreadsheets next to the clinical system.
The side spreadsheet
Purchases in one place, taxes in another and the company contract in an email. At month-end, someone pulls it all together by hand.
Taxes entered as stock items
The system only knows purchases, so the property tax becomes a product and the Receita Federal becomes a vendor, registered again in every unit.
Installments that don't add up
R$ 100.00 split in three leaves one cent over, and someone has to find it at closing.
Paying and collecting on one list
Payables mixed with receivables, and the team sorts them one by one before paying.
Every entry in the right place, explained on screen
One order screen covers 6 transaction types. Under the selector, AENTE shows what the chosen type covers, real examples and who the counterparty is. "See all types" opens the full table.
Purchase
Out · Vendor
Medicines, supplies, equipment, power and water bills, and outside services.
Sale
In · Customer
Products sold by your unit.
Tax
Out · Tax authority
DARF, DAS (Simples Nacional), INSS, FGTS, ICMS, ISS, IPTU and other taxes paid with a slip.
Loan
In · Bank or partner
Money lent to the company.
Service provided
In · B2B customer or government
Service contracts with companies and public bodies, with installments and due dates.
Payroll
Out · Approved payslip
Salaries, entered from the approved payslip.
New staff pick the right type without training, and reports and cash flow start from correctly classified entries.
A vendor and customer register that explains itself
Each company type is explained on screen, and each transaction type lists only the counterparties that make sense for it. Fewer wrong choices, cleaner reports and faster data entry.

A tax paid is a tax: slip, period and authority in the right place
AENTE records the payment of a tax the company already has a payment slip for. No "IPTU" item in stock and no Receita Federal registered as a vendor.
10 tax types
- DARF
- DAS (Simples Nacional)
- INSS
- FGTS
- ICMS
- IPVA
- ISS

Authorities already listed
Receita Federal and FGTS, the 27 state finance offices and every city hall in Brazil (more than 5,500). Nobody registers an authority by hand.
The full slip
Tax, authority, period (competência), slip number, and principal, fine and interest. The total is calculated.
Checked as you type
AENTE checks that the tax matches the authority (ISS goes to a city, ICMS to a state) and asks for the revenue code on a DARF.
Suggested account
Each tax suggests its account in the chart of accounts, such as ISS on revenue, IPTU or FGTS. The accountant can change it.
The printed order shows the authority, tax, period, slip and the split between principal, fine and interest. Taxes paid are listed by tax, period and authority, ready for the accountant.
Month-end without rework
From order approval to the report, the numbers agree with each other.
Installments that add up to the cent
When an order or a patient payment is split, the last installment absorbs the rounding: R$ 100.00 in 3 is 33.33 + 33.33 + 33.34. No cent left to chase at month-end.
Payables and receivables, each on its side
Once an order is approved, each installment becomes an entry with a due date, marked in or out by transaction type. Payment batches only pick money going out, and each entry carries the source and destination bank accounts in the right direction.
No half-processed orders
The order status, installments and bookkeeping entries are saved together on approval. Proof-of-payment files are visible only to users with permission.
Bookkeeping entries created on approval
Debit and credit per installment: item categories, or the tax's account, on one side and one line per installment on the other. Expenses for purchases and taxes, revenue for sales and service contracts.
Large contracts and recurring projects
Large contracts are recorded at full value. Recurring usage-based projects save the bill, its entries and the billing date together.
Taxes in the cash flow
The cash flow by accounting account shows taxes paid under their own account (ISS, IPTU, FGTS), next to purchases and payroll. The report is built from approved orders.
Company and city contracts, kept apart from patient care
A lab that tests all 1,000 employees of a company, or a clinic that sells visits to an employer or a city, usually tracks that contract outside the system.
Service provided
Record the contract with a company (B2B customer) or a public body (Government), with installments and due dates. Each installment becomes a receivable, with bank accounts in the right direction: from the customer to your unit.
Patients stay where they belong
Patient care stays on the appointment and its payment, and the two never mix. Company revenue shows next to patient revenue, with no spreadsheet.
For your accountant
The accountant gets organized data, not a spreadsheet to redo.
- Bookkeeping entries that match payables and receivables, line by line.
- Taxes split by tax, period and authority, with the slip number.
- A suggested account in the chart of accounts for each tax and category.
- Printed orders with the tax data and the split between principal, fine and interest.
AENTE suggests. The company's accountant confirms the accounts and how to post them.

We are building national-standard NFS-e issuing from private visits, company contracts and recurring projects, with the new IBS and CBS fields of the tax reform, plus the DMED export for health providers.
Frequently asked questions
Does AENTE issue NFS-e or NF-e?
Not yet. National-standard NFS-e issuing is in development. Today, AENTE organizes the contracts and installments the invoices will come from.
Does AENTE pay taxes or generate payment slips?
No. AENTE records the payment of a tax the company already has a slip for, with the authority, period and amounts. It doesn't calculate the tax owed or generate DARF, DAS or GPS slips.
Does AENTE replace the accountant?
No. It organizes the data, reduces rework and gives the accountant clean entries. Which tax applies and which account to use remain the accountant's decisions.
Is there a balance sheet or SPED export?
No. AENTE creates the bookkeeping entries for each approved order and the cash flow by accounting account. The balance sheet and tax filings stay with the accountant.
Does the cash flow show the bank account in real time?
No. The report is built from approved orders and doesn't do bank reconciliation.
Is finance charged separately?
No. Purchasing, payables and receivables and the cash flow are part of the plan, with every module included.
Built for SUS.
Ready for your network.
Map every facility in your municipality or state from CNES, and bring public units and contracted private providers onto one platform. Each unit runs its own mini data center and keeps working when the internet drops.
SUS production is checked against SIGTAP occupation, age, sex and CID rules before it is submitted. Each finished visit goes to the RNDS as a FHIR record. Prescriptions are signed with ICP-Brasil certificates, and controlled-substance prescriptions get SNCR numbers. The result is fewer rejected records, less rework, and one consistent view of the care paid for with public funds.
