Digital prescriptions included

Write prescriptions online right from the record, at no extra cost. The professional who approves and signs creates an ICP-Brasil digital certificate with our partner Bird ID, already in the price, and issues through AENTE, including controlled prescriptions in SNCR, the Anvisa system. Only the person signing needs a certificate. The rest of the team does not.

Nobody here pays to appear first

Each unit and each professional builds their own public page in the portal and reaches their patients through their own chat and email channels. AENTE builds the bridges and does not sell position, so nobody is left at a disadvantage.

What is charged separately

Implementation

Clinics can start on their own with no implementation fee. If you would rather have our team handle data migration and training, there is a fixed fee per unit. For municipalities, states, hospitals, labs and imaging services, implementation is part of the proposal.

Mini data center

Optional, for teams that want to keep working without internet. The price depends on the size of the unit: installation plus a monthly fee per device.

Customization

Reports or integrations specific to your operation, billed per technical hour and quoted before work starts.

Frequently asked questions

Who is charged?

Health professionals who see patients on their own schedule, such as physicians, dentists, psychologists, physical therapists and nutritionists. Front desk, finance and other administrative staff are free, with no limit on users.

Who needs a digital certificate?

Only the professionals who approve and sign prescriptions. They create the certificate with our partner Bird ID, and the cost is already in the price. The rest of the team uses the system without one.

How do the 30 free days work?

The first 30 days are free, within a 12-month contract. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice and no penalty.

Can I pay to appear first?

No. AENTE does not sell position in results. Each unit and professional looks after their own page and channels.

My clinic collects samples and sends them to a support lab. Does that work?

Yes. Your account registers the support lab, and both work on the same system, from the order to the result. The support lab joins at no cost.

Is telehealth really included?

Yes. The teleconsultation platform is included, with no limit on visits. The professionals who see patients are your own team.

Do I need to buy the mini data center?

No. You only need it to keep seeing patients when the internet goes down. Without it, AENTE runs normally in the cloud.

How do municipalities and states buy AENTE?

The team prepares a proposal based on the size of the network, split into the line items the tender asks for, to make price research and bidding easier.

Do I need an ownership stake to use AENTE?

No. Buying the software does not depend on any stake in the company.

Built for SUS.
Ready for your network.

Map every facility in your municipality or state from CNES, and bring public units and contracted private providers onto one platform. Each unit runs its own mini data center and keeps working when the internet drops.

SUS production is checked against SIGTAP occupation, age, sex and CID rules before it is submitted. Each finished visit goes to the RNDS as a FHIR record. Prescriptions are signed with ICP-Brasil certificates, and controlled-substance prescriptions get SNCR numbers. The result is fewer rejected records, less rework, and one consistent view of the care paid for with public funds.
