One record instead of five systems

Today a health network puts together records, insurance billing, SUS reporting, lab, stock and booking from different vendors. See what changes when everything comes from the same visit.

What it usually looks like today

Each area buys its own tool. Nobody sees the whole picture, and staff become the bridge between systems.

  • Clinic health record
  • SUS health record
  • Insurance billing (TISS)
  • SUS reporting (BPA)
  • Lab system
  • Stock and purchasing
  • Online booking
  • Spreadsheets to reconcile it all

With AENTE

One record per patient and one login per professional. Billing, lab, stock and booking all come from the same visit.

Side by side

What each task takes today, and how it works in AENTE.

Task With separate systems With AENTE
Patient record One chart for private care, another for insurance, another for SUS. The history is split. One record per patient across private, insurance and SUS care, with dependents under LGPD consent.
Doctors who work in public and private care Two logins, two charts, two billing processes. One profile and one login. Council registrations and signature follow the professional to every unit.
Insurance billing The TISS claim is retyped from the chart, and every coding error means rework. The TISS claim comes from the visit record, with TUSS codes already linked.
SUS reporting An export from another system, or typing at the end of the month. The monthly BPA per CNES comes from the same record, checked against SIGTAP rules before it is sent. Each finished visit goes to the RNDS.
Facility and staff registry Typed by hand into each system, and out of date over time. Facilities and staff come from CNES, with CNS and CBO filled in.
Lab A separate system connected by an interface, with orders and results going back and forth. The lab works on the same record: the order and the result stay in the patient's history. Clinics that collect samples and send them out register the support lab on the same system.
Stock and supplies Spreadsheets or another vendor, with no link to what was used during care. One catalog for every unit, linked to the visit.
Patient booking A third-party platform that keeps the relationship with the patient. The network's own patient portal, linked to the schedule and the record. Each unit and professional has a public page, and nobody pays to appear first.
When the internet goes down The cloud system stops, and care goes back to paper. Works offline and syncs when the connection is back.
Who owns it Rented licenses that cost more every year. The data stays with the vendor. Each unit runs on its own mini data center, and partner clinics can become shareholders.

Prices published on the iClinic, Feegow, ProDoctor and Doctoralia websites, checked on October 31, 2026, and subject to change. iClinic add-ons: WhatsApp messages (85 per month) R$ 29.90, patient signature R$ 14.90 and 10 teleconsultations R$ 34.90, on the Premium plan without the teleconsultations. On AENTE, messages go through the platform chat and email, not WhatsApp, and clinical notes use charting by exception, not an AI assistant. Doctoralia plans for professionals are annual, paid in 12 installments, and include a paid profile on its marketplace, which AENTE does not offer; add-ons such as Noa Notes (R$ 199) are not added in. Frequently asked questions

Does AENTE replace the Ministry of Health systems?

That isn't the idea. AENTE uses CNES as the source of the registry, produces SUS reporting in the official format (BPA) and sends each finished visit to the RNDS. Talk to the team to see how it fits with the systems your department already uses.

Do I have to replace every system at once?

The conversation starts with what weighs most on your network today. The AENTE team builds the rollout plan with you.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Each unit keeps working. Data stays on the unit's mini data center and syncs when the connection is back.

What does owning the platform mean?

Partner clinics can become AENTE shareholders instead of only paying for a license. The team explains the terms.

How much does it cost?

Every module is in the same plan. For clinics and practices, R$ 264.80 per health professional per month for the first 1,967 professionals and R$ 317.76 after that. For municipalities, states, hospitals, labs and imaging services, the proposal is tailored. The details are on the pricing page.

Built for SUS.
Ready for your network.

Map every facility in your municipality or state from CNES, and bring public units and contracted private providers onto one platform. Each unit runs its own mini data center and keeps working when the internet drops.

SUS production is checked against SIGTAP occupation, age, sex and CID rules before it is submitted. Each finished visit goes to the RNDS as a FHIR record. Prescriptions are signed with ICP-Brasil certificates, and controlled-substance prescriptions get SNCR numbers. The result is fewer rejected records, less rework, and one consistent view of the care paid for with public funds.
