Every item with a code and a lot

Medicines, materials and equipment sit in one registry for the whole network.

  • Barcodes and lots: labels are generated automatically and every item is traced down to its lot.
  • Linked to care: the supply used is recorded in the patient record and in the procedure.
  • One catalog for the network: every unit uses the same item list, so purchases and reports can be compared.
  • Recalls in minutes: if a lot has a problem, you know which patients and units received it.

Approvals that follow your rules

Every order follows the approval levels you set, and no one approves alone what needs more than one signature.

  • Flexible approval levels: add or change approvers at any time, by unit, amount or type of item.
  • Four-layer security: every transaction goes through checks at several levels.
  • Instant notifications: approvers and requesters follow every order in real time.
  • Linked to workflows: items connected to services, without manual entries.

Accountable purchasing

When you manage public funds, every purchase needs a history. On AENTE, it has one.

  • From request to receipt: request, approval, purchase, delivery and inspection in one record.
  • Automatic reconciliation: what was ordered, received and paid is compared without spreadsheets.
  • Audit trail: who requested, who approved and when, with no way to change it.
  • Ready for oversight: purchase and consumption reports by unit, period and supplier.

Stock where it is needed

Stock follows the real schedule and consumption of each unit, and the whole network sees what it has.

  • Automatic levels: stock adjusts to the services booked and the usage recorded.
  • Bottlenecks before shortages: spot missing supplies or equipment before care stops.
  • Transfers between units: move supplies from where they are left over to where they are short, with a record.
  • Reordering at the right time: know what to buy and when, without excess or stockouts.

Frequently asked questions

Can I tell which patient received a given lot?

Yes. Every lot is linked to the visit and procedure where it was used, so a recall shows the patients and units affected.

Can purchase approvals follow our own rules?

Yes. You set approval levels by unit, amount or type of item, with multi-level approvals and every step recorded.

Is the stock of several units visible in one place?

Yes. The whole network sees the stock of every unit and can transfer supplies between units, with a record.

How does the system help in a health crisis?

Managers see where tests, medicines or equipment are short and move supplies to the units that need them most.

Are the records valid for audits?

Yes. Orders, approvals, deliveries and consumption are kept in an audit trail that cannot be changed.

Explore the AENTE modules

Each module works on its own or together with the others, on the same record and the same network, from a single clinic to a whole health system.

Built for SUS.
Ready for your network.

Map every facility in your municipality or state from CNES, and bring public units and contracted private providers onto one platform. Each unit runs its own mini data center and keeps working when the internet drops.

SUS production is checked against SIGTAP occupation, age, sex and CID rules before it is submitted. Each finished visit goes to the RNDS as a FHIR record. Prescriptions are signed with ICP-Brasil certificates, and controlled-substance prescriptions get SNCR numbers. The result is fewer rejected records, less rework, and one consistent view of the care paid for with public funds.
