Every unit in one dashboard

Add your units from CNES and follow the operation of each one, or of the whole network, in one place.

  • Digital calendar: visits and procedures without gaps or double bookings, unit by unit.
  • Teams and shifts: professionals, shifts and access roles for every unit in one registry.
  • Modules per unit: switch modules on or off to match the services of each location.
  • Public page: every unit gets a page where patients can find it and book.

Units connected to each other

Hospitals, clinics, labs and primary care units work as one network, without losing control of each location.

  • Hospitals and clinics: procedures, admissions, inventory and resources linked to the same record.
  • Referrals: requests and results move between units and organizations, with every access logged.
  • Professionals: patient history, schedule and data at once, in any unit where they work.
  • Patients: booking, reminders and test results in a secure portal.

Secure, traceable workflows

Every step of care follows the workflow your organization defines, and every step is recorded.

  • No-code workflows: build and adjust the workflow of each service without programming.
  • Mapped procedures: every procedure has its steps, supplies and owners defined.
  • Multi-level approvals: critical steps require dual verification before moving on.
  • Tamper-evident records: every action is stored and cannot be changed, ready for audits.

Data for decisions

The data from every visit becomes indicators for management, without side spreadsheets.

  • Managers: visits, production, supplies and teams across the network with up-to-date data.
  • In a crisis: see where beds, tests, supplies or professionals are short and move resources.
  • Professionals: record, schedule and operational data at the moment of care.
  • Privacy: role-based access and LGPD compliance in every unit.

Frequently asked questions

How many units can I manage?

There is no limit. One account works for a single clinic or for every unit of a city or state, each with its own rules.

How are units added?

From CNES. Then you set the services, modules and teams of each unit.

Can I control what each professional can access?

Yes. More than 900 permissions let you build access roles by function and by unit.

Do I need a developer to change a workflow?

No. Workflows are built and adjusted without code by your own management team.

How is the network followed during a crisis?

Managers see visits, tests, supplies and teams in every unit with up-to-date data and can move resources where they are needed.

Explore the AENTE modules

Each module works on its own or together with the others, on the same record and the same network, from a single clinic to a whole health system.

Built for SUS.
Ready for your network.

Map every facility in your municipality or state from CNES, and bring public units and contracted private providers onto one platform. Each unit runs its own mini data center and keeps working when the internet drops.

SUS production is checked against SIGTAP occupation, age, sex and CID rules before it is submitted. Each finished visit goes to the RNDS as a FHIR record. Prescriptions are signed with ICP-Brasil certificates, and controlled-substance prescriptions get SNCR numbers. The result is fewer rejected records, less rework, and one consistent view of the care paid for with public funds.
