Your team starts from CNES.
AENTE reads the list of professionals your unit declares in CNES and shows who already has a profile. You invite them with a role and units, they accept by e-mail, and the schedule is ready. No retyping your team.
Import your unit from CNES See pricesToday: the team retyped into every system
Name, CNS, council number, CBO. It's all in CNES already, yet every new system starts with a blank form. And when the internal record doesn't match CNES, billing is the one that finds out.
With AENTE: the official list is the starting point
Each unit shows the professionals CNES declares and each one's status on AENTE. You invite instead of registering, and mismatches show up before you bill.
Profissionais no CNES: every person with their status
Each unit's panel lists every professional the facility declares that month, with their CBO, weekly hours and whether they see SUS patients. Next to each name, the next step:
- Already at this unit.
- At another unit of the clinic: assign in one click.
- Has an AENTE profile: send an invitation.
- Not signed up yet: send a link with the council registration already filled in.
- Works at the unit but isn't declared in CNES: fix it before you bill.
Built for the people who run the team
An invitation, not a registration
The invitation carries the role and the units. The professional accepts by e-mail and joins with the profile they already use at other clinics. Nobody joins the team without accepting.
Just hired someone? Invite by CPF
It takes time for a new hire to show up in CNES. If the professional switched on sharing in their profile, you find them by exact CPF and send the invitation before the link shows up in CNES.
Mismatches before billing
SUS rejects the production of anyone working at the unit without being declared in CNES. The panel shows these people before you submit, so you reduce the risk of rejection.
Only the facility's owner sees the list
The list opens after AENTE confirms your account answers for the CNES: the CNPJ matches the facility or its maintainer, or the AENTE team approves it after review.
How it works
1. Import your unit from CNES
Enter the CNES number. AENTE fills in the unit with the official data and confirms it belongs to your account.
2. Open Profissionais no CNES
See who is already at the unit, who to assign, who to invite and who to send a sign-up link.
3. Invite with a role and units
The professional accepts by e-mail and is ready to schedule.

Frequently asked questions
Can I register a professional without their acceptance?
No. The clinic sends an invitation with the role and the units, and the professional joins the team when they accept by e-mail.
Can I search for professionals to hire on AENTE?
No. AENTE has no open list of professionals. Your clinic sees the people its own CNES declares, or one person found by exact CPF if they switched on sharing.
I hired someone who isn't in CNES yet. What do I do?
Ask the professional to sign up as a provider and switch on "Share with other accounts" in their profile. Then find them by CPF and send the invitation.
How often is the list updated?
AENTE loads CNES once a month from the public DATASUS release. A professional you declared in CNES shows up in the list with the next load.
Why is my unit's list still closed?
Because AENTE is still confirming that your account answers for the CNES. When the CNPJ doesn't match the facility or its maintainer, the AENTE team reviews the documents, and the decision arrives by e-mail.
Who pays for the professionals?
The clinic pays per health professional who sees patients on their own schedule. Administrative staff don't pay.
