For health professionals

One sign-up. Every clinic where you work.

Sign up as a provider once, with your CPF, council registration and CNS. Clinics that already declare you in CNES recognize your profile and send you an invitation. You accept by e-mail and join the team, without filling in the same form again.

Today: the same form at every clinic

If you work in more than one place, you hand over the same documents again and again: CPF, CNS, council number, CBO. Each clinic retypes it all into its own system, and your schedule waits for the paperwork.

With AENTE: CNES introduces you

CNES already says where you work. AENTE reads that list and recognizes your profile at the clinics that declare you. One invitation is all it takes, and you decide whether to accept.

Your profile works for you

Recognized where you already work

Every clinic on AENTE that declares you in CNES finds your profile in its own unit's list and can invite you in one click.

You decide who can invite you

Switch on "Share with other accounts" in your profile, and a clinic that has your exact CPF can send you an invitation. With it off, clinics outside your CNES can't see you.

Just hired, moving, or working shifts?

It takes time for a new job to show up in CNES. Switch on sharing and give your CPF to the clinic hiring you. It can invite you before the new link shows up in CNES.

Nothing happens until you accept

No clinic puts you on its team by itself. The invitation arrives by e-mail with the role and the units. You read it and decide.

Only the facility's owner sees the list

A facility's staff list opens only after AENTE confirms the account answers for that CNES. It stays closed to anyone who doesn't answer for the facility.

The same login everywhere

One professional profile and one login for every clinic where you work. When you accept an invitation, that clinic's schedule opens for you.

You also get a professional @aente.com.br address that is yours and follows you to every clinic, plus an address at each clinic where you work.

How it works for you

1. Sign up as a provider

Enter your CPF, council registration (council, state and number) and CNS.

2. Choose your visibility

To receive invitations from clinics that don't declare you in CNES yet, switch on "Share with other accounts" in your profile.

3. Accept the invitation

The clinic sends the invitation by e-mail, with the role and the units. You accept, and the clinic's schedule is open to you.

Fill in your CNS and council registration

AENTE recognizes you by your CNS, or by your council registration (such as a CRM) in the clinic's state. With both filled in, the clinics that declare you in CNES can find your profile.

For the people who run the team: start from CNES

Your team is already declared in CNES. Instead of typing names, CNS, council numbers and CBOs into one more system, start from the official list and invite the people already on it.

Profissionais no CNES

Each unit has a panel with every professional the facility declares that month, with their CBO, weekly hours and whether they see SUS patients.

Who is where, in one list

Each person shows their status: already at this unit, at another unit of the clinic (assign in one click), has an AENTE profile (invite), or not signed up yet (send a link with the council registration already filled in).

Only the facility's owner sees the list

The list opens after AENTE confirms your account answers for the CNES: the CNPJ matches the facility or its maintainer, or the AENTE team approves it after review.

Mismatched links show up before billing

The panel also shows who works at the unit without being declared in CNES. SUS rejects that professional's production at that facility until the CNES is updated. You find out before you bill.

How it works for the clinic

1. Import your unit from CNES

AENTE confirms the CNES belongs to your account.

2. Open Profissionais no CNES

See who is already at the unit, who to assign, who to invite and who to send a sign-up link.

3. Invite with a role and units

The professional accepts by e-mail and is ready to schedule.

Frequently asked questions

Can a clinic put me on its team without my knowing?

No. Joining a team always starts with an invitation by e-mail, and nothing changes until you accept.

Can clinics search for professionals on AENTE?

No. A clinic sees only the professionals its own CNES declares, or one person found by exact CPF if that person switched on sharing. There is no open list of professionals.

I was just hired, but I'm not in the clinic's CNES yet. What now?

Switch on "Share with other accounts" in your profile and give your CPF to the clinic. It can send the invitation without waiting for CNES.

When do I show up in the clinic's list?

AENTE loads CNES once a month from the public DATASUS release. After the clinic declares you in CNES, you show up in its list with the next load.

I work at several clinics. Do I need to sign up at each one?

No. You have one profile and one login. Each clinic sends its own invitation, with the role and the units.

Who pays for AENTE?

The clinic, per health professional who sees patients on their own schedule. See the prices for clinics.
